Domestic surveillance cases require a minimum retainer fee before the investigation can begin. Retainers are based on the needs of the client, therefore we need to talk to you (its FREE) to determine the need or what exactly are the circumstances of your situation. We will work hard to help you with your case, and minimize the cost. We may even advise you that you really don't need a investigator.
